Marblo Build Notes 4 — Following Mission Progress with Orchebrain

Marblo Build Notes 4 — Following Mission Progress with Orchebrain

Reading tickets and understanding a mission's progress

A site improvement can span several tickets. Reading them individually leaves the team to work out which share a goal and how far it has progressed.

Leaders need the mission’s overall status; developers need to know where their assignments fit. Orchebrain groups tickets into missions so teams can check progress and decide how quickly to introduce new work.

A summary card and dots show mission progress

In the October 2026 release, Orchebrain groups scattered tickets into missions. A summary card at the top shows current status. Each mission has dots showing progress through development→testing→review.

Start with the summary card, then follow each mission’s dots to check its stage. This gives individual tickets a shared view of progress.

Adjust autonomous progress limits and intake rate

Teams can directly adjust autonomous progress limits and intake rate. Intake rate concerns how often to introduce work and how many items to introduce at a time.

Before assigning new work, check the mission’s status alongside these controls. Adjust the limits and incoming pace to fit the team’s situation.

How it helps teams, leaders, and developers

Teams see work toward the same goal together. Mission grouping connects discussions about individual assignments to overall progress.

Leaders review status and pace together. The summary card and dots show progress, while the limits and intake rate controls govern new work.

Developers see their assignment’s context. Mission-level development, testing, and review provide a reference for discussing progress with the team.

Actual example: mission labels in the hypemarc.com work

During the hypemarc.com work, mission labels grouped tickets belonging to the same site improvement.

Part 2 describes how the improvements proceeded from reviews and audits to implementation, verification, and production deployment confirmation. The labels linked individual tickets to the goal they served.

When to use Orchebrain

  • Tickets for one goal are scattered, and you want to manage them as a mission.
  • You want to check missions' current status and development, testing, and review progress.
  • You want to consider autonomous progress limits and how often and how many new work items to introduce.

Use Orchebrain after assigning a mission or when preparing the next work. Check the summary and mission progress, then adjust limits and intake rate.

Connecting it with the closed loop and Agent Mosaic

The closed loop connects assignment, verification, review, and merging. Orchebrain gives teams a mission view of that process.

Agent Mosaic shows working agents' terminals on one screen in real time. After checking mission status in Orchebrain, teams can use Mosaic to see what the agents are currently doing.

Running it beats reading about it

Marblo is a desktop app for macOS and Windows. Connect the CLIs you already pay for, run a different model per ticket in parallel, and approve before anything merges. The free plan runs one project, so you can check it today.
