What we collect, how we use it, and when we delete it
Hypemarc (주식회사 하이프마크) (“we”) collects only what it needs to answer your inquiry. This policy is written from where the data is actually stored and sent.

To block spam we check how long the form took to fill in and the value of a hidden field. These are used only for that check and are not stored.
How: you type it into the contact form on this website. Visit data is collected by the automatic tools in section 6.
2. Why we process it
- To read and answer your inquiry
- To contact you about what you asked for (enterprise adoption, partnership, and so on)
- To block spam and automated submissions
- To understand which page an inquiry came from
3. Retention and deletion
We keep it for 3 years from the date we receive the inquiry. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it without delay, regardless of that period.
The same period applies to the store (Firestore) and to the notification copies (email and Slack). Operational logs are deleted automatically when the hosting provider’s log retention period ends.
How: electronic files are deleted so they cannot be recovered.
4. Processors
We entrust the following work to process inquiries. Processors do not use the information for anything other than that work.

When and how: when you submit the form (visit data: when you view a page), over an encrypted connection (HTTPS)
Retention: as in section 3. Visit data is kept in Google Analytics for 14 months and then deleted automatically.
Declining: if you do not want your information transferred abroad, call us at 010-3019-7778 instead of using the form. The form cannot be processed without the transfer. You can refuse visit data under “Cookie settings” in the footer; refusing does not limit your use of the site.
6. Cookies and how to refuse them
- Google Analytics 4 uses cookies (such as _ga) to collect non-identifying visit statistics. Your name, email and phone from the contact form are never sent to Google Analytics.
- Ad storage, ad user data and ad personalization are always off, and Google Signals is blocked in the tag.
- If you visit from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, analytics cookies are not used until you agree.
- Your cookie choice is recorded only in your browser’s storage (localStorage).
- The video thumbnail on the home page loads from Google (i.ytimg.com); the youtube-nocookie.com player loads only after you press play.
How to refuse: use “Cookie settings” in the site footer at any time, or block cookies in your browser.
7. Security measures
- HTTPS encryption across the whole site (HSTS enabled)
- The inquiry store is accessed only from our server, never directly from the browser
- Access keys for the store, email and Slack are kept in hosting environment variables, not in code
8. Your rights
You may at any time ask to see, correct, delete or stop the processing of your personal information, and withdraw consent. You may also do so through a representative.

11. Changes
This policy takes effect on 2026-10-17. If we revise it, we will post the changes and the new effective date on this page.
